Project Manager / PMO Shared Services / Outsourcing projects

The PMO Lead will be support the project team and provide oversight, coordination and governance to the project.

Role :

  • – Develops timelines, budgets; documents milestones, and acceptance criteria
  • – Works with Project Team to track progress, deadlines and deliverables
  • – Performs day-to-day coordination of the project, including advising cross-functional teams
  • – Leads weekly progress reviews
  • – Maintains open item trackers and drives proactive issue resolution
  • – Document processes and procedures

Profile :

  • – At least ten years of experience in similar role or relevant function
  • – Experience managing complex projects involving multiple areas of a company
  • – Demonstrated experience with project management tools, IT savviness
  • – Used to work with different cultures and hierarchical levels, good team player
  • – Excellent communication skills, reliable, motivated
  • – Excellent English, other European language is a clear advantage

Senior Consultant Shared Service Center / Outsourcing

The Senior Consultant Shared Service Center / Outsourcing Lead will lead related projects from concept to implementation.

Role :

  • – Develops SSC strategies, business cases, timelines, budgets
  • – Works with Client sponsor and Project Lead to get approval for and execute projects
  • – Drives the project overall, including coaching executive reviews, decision support, master plan, milestones, solutioning, transitioning, stabilizing
  • – Oversees transition managers, subject matter experts, IT specialists to deliver expected results

Profile :

  • – Minimum ten years of experience in relevant area
  • – Experience in managing large multi-country SSC and BPO projects, available to travel
  • – International experience; cultural openness, excellent verbal and oral communication
  • – Ability to interact with executive level as well as business unit and country leaders
  • – Masters or MBA, mandatory English and other European language

Subject Matter Expert / Process owner Finance and Accounting processes

Will participate in Shared service Center and Outsourcing projects as functional specialist.

Role :

  • – Develops core models in the areas of Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report as well as process metrics and KPIs
  • – Defines standardization and harmonization roadmaps and follows up on execution
  • – Documents end to end processes, detailed process maps and task lists; recommends transfer to SSC or BPO service provider
  • – Elaborates knowledge transfer plans, coordinates preparation of training sessions and training material
  • – Prepare work transfer plans and operationally supports ramp up in SSC during work transfer

Profile :

  • – Ten or more years of experience in relevant area
  • – Hand-s on experience in Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and General Ledger transitions to SSC or to BPO provider
  • – Solid knowledge of related accounting principles and rules; knowledge of at least popular ERP system (SAP preferred)
  • – International experience; fluent English
  • – Available for travel, Excellent written and oral communication
