BACKGROUND
BRIDGE A1 was created in 1993 by Jean Luc ROUMY and Nestlé SA, as a limited company. Jean Luc was instrumental in the design of the organization’s “Enterprise Model 2000” and introduced optimized process management, shared services, customer relations, change management and business transformation. Having been transformed into a partnership company in 2006, it then became a public limited company with fully paid-up capital, in November 2017, based in Zug, Switzerland.
Jean Luc understood the importance of internal resources as the key to optimum performance, and envisaged a way to help companies develop effective competitive advantage. His approach to achieving this consists in encouraging organizations to look within their own company to find the sources of competitive advantage, instead of seeking it externally, in a highly competitive environment.
It is our conviction that it is more effective to exploit external opportunities using existing resources in a new way, rather than trying to acquire new skills for each different opportunity. With this model, already-existing resources are fully exploited to help companies achieve higher organizational performance.
